The Medulloblastoma Initiative

Brand, identity, bilingual website and printed report for the initiative that has raised more than US$6 million for childhood cancer research.

The Medulloblastoma Initiative

The initiative

The Medulloblastoma Initiative raises funds to develop an effective treatment for a recurrent type of childhood cancer. Founded in 2021, it has raised more than US$6 million for research projects led by Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., in philanthropic work that crosses borders.

The identity

I developed the brand, the visual identity and a range of presentation materials, including the website and a printed report. The language treats the cause with lightness and care: soft gradients, classic typography and image curation that favours diversity and real life.

For two audiences

The website and other materials were created in Portuguese and English. On the site, the language switches automatically based on the visitor’s location.
